RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate activities for construction project Conduct and attend preconstruction meetings Prepare submittals and RFI's Analyze shop drawings Travel to project sites and obtain measurements Review and update project schedule as needed Work alongside Project Managers and Superintendents Assist with ensuring projects are completed on schedule Assist with project closeouts Communicate with equipment vendors Maintain updated project documentation Maintain knowledge of Sage, Timberline, AutoCAD Perform materials takeoffs Deliver regular progress reports to management Other tasks as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required Ideal Assistant Project Manager will have minimum 5 years' experience Must have construction industry experience Experience with public infrastructure projects Experience with earthwork, pipe and concrete Familiarity with Sage and Timberline Ability to work overtime when needed Willing to take a drug screen and undergo a background check BENEFITS: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401K 401K Matching Direct Hire Paid Time Off Vacation Time Salary: $90K-$100K annually Ask for: Kelsey Job Id: 23595 Ajulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
