RESPONSIBILITIES: Maximize cost savings for public infrastructure projects Ensure quality is maintained Prepare submittals and RFI's Ensure safety is a top priority Oversee all construction activities for mid-sized projects Ensure projects are within budget Ensure projects are completed on time Review and manage subcontractors Oversee subcontractor scheduling and assignments Maintain positive customer relations Maintain knowledge of Sage, Timberline, AutoCAD Negotiate/purchase resources for projects Deliver regular progress reports to management Manage public infrastructure projects Other tasks as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required Ideal Project Manager will have minimum 5 years' experience Must have construction management experience Experience overseeing public infrastructure projects Familiarity with Sage and Timberline Adept at ensuring projects are within budget and deadline Ability to work overtime when needed Willing to take a drug screen and undergo a background check BENEFITS: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401K 401K Matching Direct Hire Paid Time Off Vacation Time Salary: $100K-$120K annually Ask for: Kelsey Job Id: 23594 Ajulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
