DutiesSupervises all functions of one or more of the manufacturing
or facilities maintenance areas to ensure safe, timely and
efficient maintenance of production and/or facility equipment or
area.Main responsibilities include efficient use of material,
equipment, tools and human resources; short term planning;
scheduling tasks and duties for Team Leaders over multiple shifts;
supervising all maintenance, repairs, cleaning and projects
performed in the area.Responsible for the overall direction,
coordination and evaluation of a unit.Responsible for department
safety and training.Responsibilities include interviewing
prospective employees; training employees; planning, assigning and
directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining
employees; addressing complaints; safety and resolving problems.The
job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any
responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
General:It shall be the duty of every employee while at work to
take reasonable care for safety and health of himself/herself and
other persons. Expertise: Knowledge & Skills Requires basic
knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures in
professional field. Uses standard theories, principles and concepts
and integrates them to propose a course of action.Works under

accomplish assigned goals. May periodically assist in orienting,
training, assigning & checking the work of other peers.Judgement is
required in resolving all day-to-day problems.Contacts are
primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and

contractors/vendors.Expertise: Qualifications
-Education/Experience/Training/Etc Required:Bachelor's degree
required or equivalent combination of education and
experience.04-06 years related experience required.Applicable
industry/professional certification preferred.Regular and
