What Youll Do Deliver concierge-level customer service through in-office and phone interactions Guide clients through coverage reviews, policy changes, and claims support Identify coverage gaps and proactively recommend tailored solutions Present and close personal lines policies including Auto, Home, and Renters Maintain compliance, documentation, and accurate records within agency systems Contribute to a team culture built on accountability, performance, and integrity What Were Looking For Active NY Property & Casualty License (required) Strong communicator who builds trust naturally Sales-driven mindset with a service-first approach Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a structured office environment Spanish speaking is a plus Why The Vackner Agency?
