Were looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Sales Development Representative to partner with Outside Sales and Marketing to increase close rates, strengthen customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role is perfect for someone who takes ownership, thrives on follow-through, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks. What Youll Do Partner with Regional Sales Managers to support the full sales cycle Advance funnel opportunities and improve close rates Conduct proactive pre- and post-sale follow-up Drive >80% renewal performance on service programs Identify add-on, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities Execute targeted outreach campaigns with Marketing Respond to inbound inquiries (ContactUs & other channels) Maintain clean, accurate CRM records and customer data Monitor open tasks and ensure timely opportunity progression What Were Looking For 3 years in technical sales or sales support Strong technical aptitude (IP, Cat6, PoE, fiber, switches, routers, WiFi, cloud) CRM experience (SugarCRM a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Skilled in LinkedIn & account research Exceptional organization and follow-up discipline Natural rapport-builder with strong communication skills Calm under pressure, solution-oriented mindset Team player with strong cross-functional collaboration Bilingual a plus Why This Role Stands Out Direct impact on revenue growth and retention High-visibility role alongside Sales leadership Influence close rates and renewal performance Fast-paced, collaborative environment Clear opportunity for growth
