As Manager of Academy and Franchise within the NNI Employee
Experience team, the primary purpose is to employ performance
consulting skills to identify gaps, validate needs, and propose
solutions for developing impactful learning journeys. This includes
proactively managing learning journeys within assigned areas of
responsibility to enhance the skills within the therapy area
portfolio. The primary aim is to create engaging learning
experiences that elevate product and disease-state knowledge,
empowering our sales teams to drive favorable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have performance consulting skills and
experience designing engaging learning journeys aligned with
measurable business objectives. In addition, they need project
management experience. The learning solutions developed should be
innovative and tailored to meet the needs of modern professionals
and learners. Relationships Reports to the Associate Director,
Academy and Franchise Employee Experience while collaborating
closely with key Field, and Home Office NNI Employee Experience
personnel. Partners closely with Low/Mid-levels of business unit
management. Interacts with Marketing, Sales, Commercial Execution,
Medical staff and other home office personnel regarding field
training needs and proposed initiatives. Interacts with Enterprise
business partners from functions including STARS, Human Resources,
and Legal, Ethics & Compliance around learning and development
needs. External relationships may include interaction with various
outside partners to support In-House and Field NNI Employee
Experience needs and/or facilitation. Requires matrix team
influence on completion of desired project outcome (project core
team, business sponsor, training sponsor, stakeholders, client
group(s) etc.). Essential Functions With alignment from the Assoc.
Director to build assigned curricula & measurement strategies
within (low-mid complex curriculum and/or asset build)Effectively
establish, deepen, and sustain key relationships with divisional
learning team and business SMEs to understand their business needs
and related performance gapsLead collaborative efforts with
stakeholders to define desired performance outcomesThrough
performance consulting, perform needs assessment and/or training
needs analysis by projectMonitor, analyze, interpret, and report
internal trends; make recommendations for learning solutions for
the division or function, as appropriateLiaise and partner within
NNI Employee Experience, Capabilities Leads, and Global P&O
colleagues to design, develop, curate, co-create learning
solutions, as neededLiaise and partner with business management
leads to ensure relevance and value of curriculum and successful
learning outcomesEngage in tactical vendor managementAdhere to
content management strategy and create awareness of asset
development within Employee ExperienceFollow & execute established
department SOPs Physical Requirements 10-20% overnight travel
required. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree requiredA minimum of 5
years of sales experience preferred. Prior applicable Novo Nordisk
experience will applyA minimum of 1 year of L&D or relevant
experience preferred. Prior applicable Novo Nordisk experience will
applyExcellent interpersonal/presentation/communication
skillsStrong project management skills are requiredPrevious
management/supervisory preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office
softwareProven track record or sales performance results preferred
The base compensation range for this position is $120,300 to
$222,6000. Base compensation is determined based on a number of
factors. This position is also eligible for a company bonus based
on individual and company performance. Novo Nordisk offers
long-term incentive compensation and or company vehicles depending
on the position's level or other company factors. Employees are
