Job Description Job Description JobTile: oncrete Laborer Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Yard Jockey, where you will play a vital role in the production and handling of concrete panels. This is an opportunity to work in an engaging and physical role that supports the creation and distribution of our essential products. Hours & Pay Rate: 1st Shift (Yard Jockey): 6am Start Time, 4-5 days per week, 8-10 hours shift - $20/ hour 2nd Shift (Rolling Bed Stripping): 6pm or 7pm start time, 8-10 hours shift - $21.50/ hour 3rd Shift (Clean Up): 10pm - 6am = $20.98 / hour Responsibilities Work in the plant pouring, casting, and finishing concrete panels. Be responsible for stripping concrete once it is cured. Clean the form once it is cured and moved out to the yard. Essential Skills Prior experience in concrete, manual labor, or landscaping. Ability to lift 75 lbs when needed. Open to working nights and weekends. Capability to lift, bend, and climb repeatedly. Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior Yard Jockey experience is preferred. Prior pouring experience is preferred. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mahanoy City, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
