Job Description:
B. Braun Medical Inc., a pioneer in developing and marketing

is seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician I to join our team.
This role focuses on providing hands-on technical support and
troubleshooting for our medical devices and equipment at healthcare
facilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with healthcare
providers to ensure our technology operates flawlessly, aligning
with our mission to enhance patient and clinician safety and
minimize treatment errors. Perform installation, maintenance, and
repair on a variety of medical devices and equipment. Diagnose and
resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner. Provide
on-site technical training and support to medical staff. Document
service and installation actions by completing forms, reports,
logs, and records. Manage all service calls and prioritize customer
demand to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Adhere to
all company policies and regulations regarding safety and security.
Regularly communicate with the technical team and management to
report progress and escalate complex service issues. Proficiency in
troubleshooting and repair of medical devices. Strong technical and
analytical skills. Exceptional customer service and communication
skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Fluency in the use of diagnostic tools and software for medical
equipment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician (CBET) is
preferred. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
extensively.
